Travel Grants

We will be accepting applications starting July 24th for the August 14th deadline (3 weeks out). We are reworking our application process and it will be finalized at that time. If you already applied, please reapply on or after July 24th and your application will be fully eligible. If your professor email was already sent, it will be considered and resending it will not be necessary.

The travel grant offers funding based on tiers. Applications are assigned tiers based on average scores and final rank in applicant pool.

The number of awards allocated per month varies based on applicant pool size and budget.

Essay Prompt

In 500 words or less (excluding title), please describe your research and the importance of attending this conference.

Essay Rubric

Your essay is the only component of the application that is used for scoring. Travel Grants are competitive and applicants are expected to thoroughly address each criterion. Please pay careful attention to the rubric provided below to ensure the best possible outcome.
